About Us
Our vision is to help our clients create a sustainable product that is relevant to today's buyers. This means constantly studying and reseraching innovative materials and progressive techniques from around the globe. This methodology is based on a Japanese concept called "Kaisen" which means "continuous improvement".
The Orbino Group executive team represents over 60 years of combined real estate experience. We have worked with scores of builders, 100's of buyers, and toured 1,000's of properties. Every piece of knowledge, detail, and experience whether good or bad is brought to bear on any project we work on.

Michael Orbino | Founder & President
Michael Orbino began his real estate career with John L Scott, Inc's downtown Bellevue office in 2002 as the youngest agent hired in the company's number one producing office. He holds a number of Realtor designations including Council of Residential Specialists, Graduate Realtor Institute, and Accredited Buyers Representative.
In 2005 Michael founded The Orbino Group as a division within John L Scott that specializes in builder and developer consulting. The Orbino Groups areas of expertise include pro-forma analysis, land development, product mix, marketing plans, and sales execution.
Michael currently serves as a Managing Broker for John L Scott and sits on the company's Presidential Advisory Council. He is also actively involved with industry level leadership as the Chairman of the 2010 Seattle King County Realtors Young Professionals Network and special appointee advisor to the Seattle King County Realtors Board of Directors.
As a 3rd generation Bellevue resident Michael continues his efforts to give back to the community that has given his family so much by serving on the Eastside YMCA Board of Directors, teaching young people financial literacy as a Junior Achievement Instructor, and as a Groundbreakers Mentor for at-risk young men through the Bellevue School District VIBES program.
